Pre made fan are volume lashes where the first and most difficult step of crafting volume fans by hand technique has been skipped. Pre made fan are ready-made volume lash fans.
One Pre made fan can consist of 2-14 lash fibres and therefore they are also called 2D-14D premade fans. D’s are indicating the amount of hair in a fan. They are created by eyelash factories with the help of machinery and factory workers and sold by eyelash suppliers. Pre made fan come in a tray where they are neatly attached on sticker strips. Eyelash technicians can use them the same way as they would use classic eyelash extensions. Pre made fan as any other eyelash extensions come in a variety of thicknesses, curls and lengths.
How is premade fan lash made?
This works by placing a small row of PBT thread on the eyelash extension tray and then ironing them on or using a small amount of glue to secure the roots.
PBT fibers are curled to the desired curl after the lashes have been properly attached with glue, and they are also treated and heated to maintain the curl.
The final step of the process is for the eyelash factory workers to manually separate each individual fan to attach them to the adhesive strip on the eyelash tray.

Simply select the fan you want to use and attach it to your client’s natural lashes as the same way you would with an eyelash extension. A pre-made fan is placed over one of the client’s natural lashes.
